What if I have food allergies?

Our products are not prepared in an allergen-free environment.

Anyone with a food allergy should refrain from consuming our products.

What is your refund & return policy?

The Graze Company will accept a date change for our regular menu items within 7 days' notice of the original delivery/pick-up date. The Graze Company will not accept date changes for Limited Edition menu items.

Holiday Season:

All purchases are non-refundable. Due to the high volume of orders during the holiday season, The Graze Company will not accept date changes during the month of December.

Can I have my order delivered before 12pm?

Yes, we do offer a rush delivery service. If you are requiring your delivery before 12pm, please send an email to hello@thegrazecompany.com and our team will process the order for you with a rush delivery fee applied.
