The Graze Company will accept a date change for our regular menu items within 10 days’ notice of the original delivery/pick-up date.  The Graze Company will not accept date changes for Limited Edition menu items.  

Holiday Season:

All purchases are non-refundable. Due to the high volume of orders during the holiday season, The Graze Company will not accept date changes during the month of December.  


Graze Table Hire

All deposits for Graze Table hires are non-refundable. We do allow date changes if notified at least 4 weeks or more in advance of your original event date. For event cancellations, any prior deposits/payments made will be forfeited.
