Friends turned business partners, we are the founders, creators and driving force behind The Graze Company. Combining our creativity, attention to detail, and love of social events, The Graze Company Inc. was born.
The farthest thing from your average charcuterie board, our Graze Boards, Boxes and Table options are lavish and opulent and are the highlight of any event, including cocktail parties, weddings, kids parties, birthdays, corporate functions, baby showers, engagement parties, you name it; we’ll make your party an Instagram-worthy showcase! Meet our CEO and Creative Director
Laura Hashemi
Seeking out beauty wherever she goes, Laura believes that life is a work of art and every occasion should be a part of that masterpiece. Whether it’s for a gorgeously curated wedding or a quiet date night for two, the lifelong creative has always loved arranging her own artful cheese-and-charcuterie platters. This passion ultimately inspired the launch of The Graze Company in 2018 with the vision of creating stunning and luxurious fare for events, elevating moments to be remembered for a lifetime.
Laura drives The Graze Company forward with an intuitive balance of left- and right-brain skills— her career in law honed her detail-oriented organization and ability to implement ideas ahead of the times as an entrepreneur. As one of the first Vancouver-based businesses to successfully operate an e-commerce model within the culinary space prior to the pandemic, The Graze Company was primed for growth. While businesses were scrambling to take their operations online, she led her rapidly growing team to success without the need for a brick-and-mortar storefront. All this while crafting every box with the styling sensibilities of an artist and ensuring that the final result is not only a visual masterpiece, but a gastronomical treat as well!
The Original Graze Box was their very first offering, and it’s still on the menu today, with a growing line of products for every occasion, as well as an upcoming launch of lifestyle products.
These days, Laura juggles work and motherhood from her home base in West Vancouver, BC, where she lives with her husband and two young boys.
